Warehouse Distribution Associate

Steal Network is looking for a Distribution Associate to work in our Distribution Center fulfilling orders by picking, packing, and shipping packages out of our Salt Lake City warehouse in a timely and efficient manner for or our deal of the day websites babySTEALS.com, kidSTEALS.com, sheSTEALS.com, and scrapbookSTEALS.com.  The right applicant will have strong attention to detail, excellent multi-tasking abilities, and enjoy working in organized chaos with shifting priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Set up boxes of product for picking and packing - organizing and sorting out different quantities, sizes, and variants.
• Pick product from shelves to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Pack products into boxes, poly bags, and special containers using appropriate shipping techniques and ensuring the right size packing material is used.
• Sort, organize, and label packages to ensure they are shipped out using various shipping methods and ways for domestic and international mail.
• Assist with set up, take down, and staging of product in fulfillment work area.
• Accurately and timely record data pertaining to inventory, features, and customer orders.
• Prioritize order fulfillment to meet customer and company standards.

• Identify possible mistakes by actively double checking work.
• Other warehouse duties as assigned including but not limited to cycle counts, warehouse organization, and cleanup.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Shipping, Pick/Packing, or Receiving areas of a warehouse.
• Have a strong familiarity with shipping via FedEx, USPS, DHL, and other parcel carriers.
• Ability to count to 100, visually identify products by color, and read numbers and letters in a variety of formats.

• Ability to work in a fast pace environment, efficiently handling changing responsibilities and deadlines.
• Highly self-motivated with integrity, high energy, and an aggressive attitude in getting the job done right.
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal with high attention to detail, accuracy, cleanliness, and organization.
• Must be able to handle the physical demands of this warehouse job including standing for long periods of time, ability to climb ladders, and ability to walk, bend, move, carry, and lift up to 50 pounds. This position requires the use of hands and eyes to perform various tasks.
• Must not smoke. This position handles baby, children, and paper products.
• Must pass all background checks and random drug screenings.

Benefits and Work Hours

• Full-time, 40 hours per week. Starting salary DOE with full benefits.

• Work schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.  Schedule may change and additional hours may be required as needed to meet deadlines and work-flow.
