Steal Network is seeking a friendly, highly organized multi-tasker to handle general office administration and various duties at our headquarters in Salt Lake City. This is a full-time position located at 2181 California Ave in SLC, Utah with weekly hours from 8am-5pm. (Some Saturdays as needed)


  • Answer incoming calls
  • Return voice messages
  • Process online returns
  • Online social moderation
  • Sort daily mail and distribute to correct individuals
  • Data entry
  • Backup for our boutique retail manager
  • Manage incoming samples from vendors
  • Coordinate photography logistics
  • Local Pickup runner
  • Event coordinator for select company events
  • Charity coordinator
  • Support any other departments as necessary

Required Skills:

  • Great computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office programs
  • Requires high attention to detail, accuracy, cleanliness, and organization
  • A whatever it takes to get the job done mentality, including contagious positive attitude
  • Work additional hours when needed to meet deadlines including weekends, holidays, evenings, etc.
  • Work in compliance with Company policies and procedures
